Marti has over 25 years of management experience as a marketing and publishing executive, executive coach, sales team trainer, and consultant to sales and marketing organizations.

She teaches marketing and sales professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives how to be more effective and happier in their jobs. She’s trained managers to become better leaders, improve communication skills, be creative problem solvers, and create balance in their business and personal lives.

Marti specializes in team communication, motivating and inspiring teams, developing marketing and sales action plans, and steering change management in the sales environment. She is an executive coach certified by Newfield Network, one of the leading coaching schools, is a leadership and telesales trainer, and is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
