Victor Roa is an internationally trained, award-winning hair designer in demand by CEOs, media personalities, businesswomen, diplomats, and celebrities. Featured on Bravo Television, he’s been named one of the best stylists in the DC Metro area and knows how to deliver the hairstyle that enhances an executives' business and professional image.

He serves business leaders in the region as a personal hair designer and stylist in Studio 355 Hair & Day Spa in North Bethesda, MD, as an on-call stylist for major corporate events, meetings, and Kennedy Center events. He is also available for executives and celebrities in town for business or special events.

Victor is hair stylist to two of the three 2010 Washington Women in PR Woman of the Year finalists: Debra Silimeo, senior vice president at Hager Sharp, and Donna Vincent Roa.
